About us

Forefront Ltd was launched in Sept 2007, with two ambitious but necessary goals:
• To provide a world-class FM Consultancy, managing a small progressive client base.
• To introduce a Reception Academy, dedicated to improving the quality of front of house staff and services.

Since opening in Sept 2007, Forefront has been working behind the scenes with bespoke clients, evolving quickly in both our divisions. Our current expansion has been delivered by an eclectic mix of full time and contract staff reporting to a highly experienced management team.

Caroline Gardiner - Founder

Caroline has been associated with the hospitality industry for over 25 years, in all areas of management, training and client relations. She has spent the last 20 years in facilities management and contract catering, most recently as MD of Directors Table and Sales Director of Sodexo.

Impact in the industry has been recognized with a Fellowship at the Institute of Hospitality, which she now also serves as a Trustee. Caroline’s philosophy is to deliver exemplary service through exemplary teamwork. This underpins all we aim to achieve at Forefront.

Allison Haley - Executive Assistant

A skilled and efficient coordinator, Allison has 15 years experience providing logistical and project management support to Sales and Operations teams with some of the UK's biggest FM providers, including ISS and Directors Table.

Roz Cox – ForefrontCG Associate

A foodservice consultant with a wealth of experience managing large, key contracts, designing robust processes and systems, ensuring profitability and quality of service. Roz has worked in the industry for 25 years and her passion and knowledge provides ForefrontCG ltd with the perfect mix.
