For the past 4 years I have been working with Corporate Real Estate Solutions for Barclays Bank, Project Director for the global outsourcing of Facilities Management to 54 Countries in excess of 5000 buildings, (Catering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Fabric Maintenance, Front of House Services, Global Help Desk (real time updated 2 hourly), Security (Manned Guarding), Mail and Post rooms, Moves and Changes, Housekeeping (Cleaning), Confidential Waste, Transport, specifically in India (10,000 journeys per day) incorporating a change management programme for CRES FM and our 2 outsourced partners.

Latterly, I was introducing a customer relationship management programme and supporting strategy. 

I am currently acting as Global Centre of Excellence (CoE) for Facilities Management (FM), focusing on customer service and the African portfolio.

My ongoing role with Barclays is to ensure we meet our strategic goals and objectives drivingservice and consistency, whilst recognising the cultural, local country nuances and adapting to support, never compromising on service delivery.  To achieve this, I have travelled extensively to understand and ensure our delivery is sympathetic to all cultures, legal complexity and in country values.
