Using ‘mystery clients’ we gauge existing services, confidentially rating them from ‘Below Average’ to ‘Exemplary’ to identify where improvements could be made.

From interviewing candidates to preparing shortlists and undertaking assessments, the Academy works in conjunction with HR to ensure your business always creates the very best first impression.

Fore Training
All Academy candidates receive an intensive 1–day induction course, followed by comprehensive 5-day training in all aspects of front of house service. This also applies to contract or holiday cover staff provided by Forefront. Induction covers the basics of grooming, deportment, attitude and creating a good first impression.
 
Once you have the right Front of House team, the next step is to get the best out of them for as long as they represent your business. Ideally, this is a career–long process of monitoring, motivation and self–improvement and it starts the very first day someone begins work.
